Patient Check-in goes Electronic

With IntScripts, the check in process is smoother than ever before. Patients can even create an account and pre-populate a majority of the registration information for upcoming appointments.

Customizable Registration Forms

Providers can send appointment reminders and registration forms to the patient electronically up to a week prior to the patient’s appointment. Each practice can create custom templates for each type of office visit or different registration forms for new or returning patients.

Information collected includes:

  • Demographic information
  • Medical assessment
  • Consent, authorizations, or other related request forms
  • Past due balances

Insurance Verification

Upon patient completion of the insurance information, an eligibility and benefits verification is generated to confirm the active insurance and determine the appropriate co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible for the visit.

Schedule View

Providers are able to see a list of the patients that are scheduled for the day and can begin the charge capture with just one click. If patients need to be added to the schedule or if a patient misses the appointment, the provider can make the necessary changes.

Analytics/Trends

Analytics can help your organization identify new opportunities where improvements can be made. Providers and administrative staff have access to a plethora of graphs, charts, and tables showing the practices increase in efficiency and profitability over time.
